Tenant Admin

Use the tenant admin portal to manage workspace access, billing capacity, governance controls, CRM workspaces, API keys, and organization settings.

Admin Overview

Tenant admin is separate from the agent dashboard. It is for organization-level controls: members, billing, governance, CRM, API keys, and settings.

Members & RBAC

Use Tenant Admin > Members & RBAC to invite users, review pending invites, and control access by app area.

  • Grant or remove access to agents, CRM, billing, and admin controls.
  • Restrict a member to all agents or a selected list of agents.
  • Review pending and revoked invitations regularly.

Billing Resources

The billing area includes Plans & Agents, CRM Seats, View Analytics, and Invoices. Use it to compare plan capacity, agent count, CRM seats, usage, cost trends, and invoice history.

Governance

Governance controls cover data residency, raw data retention, session retention, auto-anonymization, consent messages, privacy policy URL, HIPAA strict mode, erasure requests, and audit-ready exports.

Review these settings before launching agents that collect health, legal, financial, or other sensitive information.

CRM Workspaces

Tenant Admin > CRM Workspaces opens or manages the tenant CRM. When one workspace exists, the portal can hand users directly into CRM through SSO; otherwise, users choose from the workspace list.

Settings & Voice Channels

Settings stores organization profile details such as name, email, phone, timezone, and slug.

It also manages Twilio-backed voice channels. Add each phone number with a channel name, Twilio Account SID, auth token, and from number, then copy the generated webhook URL into the provider configuration.
